I too am having this issue. I have installed the mod exactly as intended on 3.0.7 and have everything working except the actual creation of projects.

I can "create" a project on the manage projects page, but all I can do is edit the name; nothing else.

start by making a category, then add projects :

[SA007]

Try disabling the the projects. If that doesn't work double check the permissions.
